Refund Policy

Overview

AttemptIQ is a digital subscription service that grants access to exam preparation features immediately upon purchase. Because access is provided instantly, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

When refunds are issued

We will issue a full refund if:

  • A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the paid features you purchased
  • You were charged but access to your plan was not granted
  • Your request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and you have not used any paid features

When refunds are not issued

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • You have accessed and used paid features (mock tests, analytics, revision)
  • Your request is made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • You changed your mind after accessing the service
  • The plan period has expired

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address on your account
  • Your DodoPayments order/payment ID
  • A brief description of the issue

We review all requests within 48 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Discretionary refunds

We reserve the right to issue a refund at our discretion if the product fails to perform as advertised, even outside the standard policy window.
