AttemptIQ provides UPSC Prelims and CSAT exam preparation tools including topic-wise practice, timed mock tests, AI-powered analytics, and spaced-repetition revision. Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment for your chosen plan.

Payments are processed securely through DodoPayments. We do not store any card or payment details on our servers. Pricing is displayed in INR. Subscription plans renew as described at the time of purchase. One-time packs (such as the Prelims Pack) do not auto-renew.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if a technical issue on our end prevents access to paid features. See our Refund Policy for full details. Once features have been accessed, refunds are generally not applicable.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy question content from the platform
• Share login credentials or sell account access to others
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate analytics, scores, or leaderboard rankings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of the service.

All question content, explanations, analytics models, and platform design are the property of AttemptIQ. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission. Your practice data and test results belong to you — we do not claim ownership over your personal data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally undergo maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

AttemptIQ provides exam preparation tools only. We make no guarantees regarding UPSC exam outcomes, selection results, or rank achieved. The platform is provided as-is, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current active plan. Any errors in question content or analytics are unintentional and will be corrected as soon as possible, but we do not accept liability for any consequences arising from such errors.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
