India is a founding member of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), an international financial institution. India is also a partner country and has been invited to join the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) as a full member. Furthermore, India is a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), a Eurasian political, economic, and security alliance.
