The Asiatic lion is endemic to India, specifically the Gir Forest in Gujarat. While the Indian rhinoceros (one-horned) is primarily found in India, it also exists in Nepal and Bhutan. The double-humped or Bactrian camel is native to Central Asia and is not naturally found in India, although some may be present in certain regions due to human activity.
