Srisailam, a prominent Shaivite pilgrimage site, is indeed located in the Nallamala Hills in Andhra Pradesh. Omkareshwar, another important Jyotirlinga site, is situated on an island in the Narmada River near Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, not in the Satmala Hills. Pushkar, famous for its Brahma Temple and holy lake, is located near Ajmer in Rajasthan, close to the Aravalli range, and is not associated with the Mahadeo Hills, which are part of the Vindhya range in Madhya Pradesh.
