The Bandarpunch glacier is the source of the Yamuna river. The Bara Shigri glacier is a major glacier in Himachal Pradesh, and the Chenab river originates from the combined streams originating from Bara Shigri glacier. The Siachen glacier feeds the Nubra river, a tributary of the Shyok river which in turn flows into the Indus. The Milam glacier is the source of the Goriganga river, not the Mandakini. The Zemu glacier is the source of the Teesta river, not the Manas.
