The Amarkantak Hills are located in the northern part of Chhattisgarh and eastern Madhya Pradesh, forming the easternmost point of the Satpura Range and are also considered the meeting point of the Vindhya Range and the Satpura Range, not the Sahyadri (Western Ghats). The Biligirirangan Hills are situated in Karnataka and are part of the Western Ghats, not the easternmost part of the Satpura Range. The Seshachalam Hills are located in Andhra Pradesh and form the southernmost part of the Eastern Ghats, not the Western Ghats.
