The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) recognizes a broad spectrum of rights. Article 26 of the UDHR explicitly mentions the right to education. While not explicitly listed as a standalone article with the exact phrasing, the principle of equal access to public services is implicitly covered under the right to participate in government and the right to equality and non-discrimination (Articles 21 and 2). Similarly, the right to an adequate standard of living, which encompasses food, is recognized in Article 25. Therefore, all three are considered human rights under the UDHR.
