Correct answer: B. 2 only

According to the Constitution (73rd Amendment) Act, 1992, which introduced Part IX related to Panchayats, the minimum age for being a member of a Panchayat is 21 years, not 25 years. Furthermore, if a Panchayat is dissolved before the expiry of its term, the newly constituted Panchayat shall continue only for the unexpired period of the term of the dissolved Panchayat.
